There is a huge focus on automation and infrastructure as code to build and support these environments.
Partnerships with other groups are also key, and a typical day will see the team work with multiple other groups, further broadening the team's knowledge.
As technology moves forward, the team is expected to be the first to embrace it and currently has the opportunity to plan and build out a new platform within the emerging Kubernetes technology stack.
If you want to work in a role that helps build your skillset, challenges you daily, and allows you to work within a collaborative environment, this would be the role for you.

Be a dependable and highly skilled development resource for peers through education and review.
Have a broad awareness of related projects and industry trends and encourage innovative practices amongst peers.
Advocate and model coding and collaboration practices, review team code, and provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement.
Collaborate with other team members to establish new best practices and maintainable processes.
Essential Criteria:

Minimum 3-5 years of related experience.
Advanced knowledge of the Administration of a Kubernetes or equivalent platform.
A strong understanding of Kubernetes workload architecture and design patterns.

Strong experience of service restoration activities covering web front end, Systems, Databases, and Networks (at least one of these areas is required).
Proven experience working with infrastructure components (operating systems, compute, storage, networking, distributed systems, big data, cloud, containers, etc.)
and solid understanding of the rest and how they impact services.
You have the ability to self-manage.
Work effectively across organizational boundaries.
You should be able to influence formally and informally.
Passion for learning and working with new technology.
Clear and effective communication across multiple levels of the organization (i.e.
