Here are some things to expect at Fenix Outdoor:A stimulating work environment with passionate, enthusiastic co-workersOpportunities for personal and professional growth that will elevate your careerA company that treasures sustainability and acts to create future stewards of natureMedical, Dental, Vision, Critical Illness, Accident401k with generous company matchFinancial wellness program, including access to financial coaching and loansGenerous schedule of company-paid holidaysProduct discounts on all Fenix Outdoor brandsIndustry discounts and more...The anticipated wage for this position is $29-$32 per hour.ABOUT THE ROLEAs the Vendor Compliance Manager, you'll ensure that Fenix Outdoor's operations align with the stringent requirements of our external customers.This full-time position is based in our Aurora, CO warehouse and offices.WHAT YOU WILL DOVendor Guide Analysis: Reviewing vendor guides, advising relevant teams on customer requirements, and developing new processes and technical solutions as needed.Process Development: Creating, maintaining, and documenting Fenix Outdoor's fulfillment requirements for customers, working closely with warehouse, operations, sales, and EDI tech teams.Account Onboarding: Leading and supporting the successful onboarding of new wholesale accounts, including determining requirements, collaborating with sales, and ensuring compliance.Service Modifications: Assessing, analyzing, and coordinating the implementation of service modifications for current accounts while conducting audits to ensure continued compliance.EDI Management: Working with the EDI Tech team to ensure all required documents are set up and transmitted according to customer guidelines.Vendor Relationships: Establishing and maintaining relationships with third-party vendors to meet compliance requirements.Stakeholder Management: Participating in global conversations around sustainability and operational process changes, representing the regional North American and Latin American perspectives.Chargeback Management: Managing the vendor compliance violation process, researching and disputing chargebacks, and reporting key findings to management.WHO YOU AREYou have experience with major retail compliance requirements, routing guides, and vendor violation processesYou have a basic understanding of EDI transactionsYou demonstrate exceptional solution-delivery skills, attention to detail, and ability to influence and collaborateYou are comfortable working both independently and as part of a teamYou successfully organize and prioritize your workload to meet deadlinesYou demonstrate effective analytical and problem-solving skillsYou have strong written and verbal communication skillsYou are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelYou have a basic knowledge of logistics and transportationPreferred, but not required:At least two years' experience with vendor complianceBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related fieldAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience with ERP and WMS systemsPast Dealer Services or Account Services experienceABOUT USAt Fenix Outdoor, we create life-altering experiences in nature by providing a full range of products and specialty outdoor retail stores across several countries.
