Location Downtown Cincinnati 45202 General Overview Responsible for supporting daily operations of the Vendor Management System and document repository in line with Vendor Management (VM) Policy. Duties include contract and due diligence notifications, updating vendor profiles, and tracking outstanding items. The Associate will coordinate with VM leadership to meet all VM requirements, support compliance and audit activities, and collaborate with Risk and Credit Departments to ensure due diligence standards. Additionally, the Associate will aid the Sourcing Director in managing vendor contracts. Responsibilities Assist the VM Manager in collaborating with business owners on contracts and statements of work for services, ensuring all documents and related materials are properly processed and uploaded into the VM system. Support the VM Manager in guiding business owners with the ongoing upkeep of vendor due diligence, making sure all relevant documentation is completed and entered into the VM system. Oversee business owners' compliance with the Vendor Management Policy and Program. Help the VM Manager gather necessary materials for both internal and external audits. Provide administrative support to the VM Manager for the Staples office supply program. Assist the Sourcing Director in managing vendor contracts and, eventually, in negotiating smaller agreements as needed. Requirements 2-3 years of experience in vendor management or contract administration. Background in vendor sourcing and risk compliance, with an understanding of regulatory guidelines for Vendor Management in Financial Institutions. Familiarity with Vendor Management Policies and Procedures. Strong time management abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint). Excellent organizational and planning skills. Strong communication skills, with a particular focus on written communication. Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of the RSA Archer Vendor Management System. Experience with negotiating smaller agreements.
