Vendor Management Specialist

Vendor Management Specialist ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
This is not an all-inclusive list of

duties.


• Review Contractual items for onboarding Subcontractors.


• Regular auditing of Subcontractors and their business practices.


• Maintaining Agreements between Diversified and Subcontractors.


• Maintaining Budgets for Diversified Field Operators.


• Manage a large volume of emails daily (Gmail) for multiple inboxes.


• Monitor/address general emails received within relation to assigned job duties in a timely fashion.


• Create, update and maintain spreadsheets and other documents utilizing primarily MS Office / G-Suite

products (Google Sheets, Slides, etc.)


• Work with Accounts Payables (AP) on subcontractor payments.


• Generation of invoices for Subcontractors.


• Represent DMS on calls and emails.


• Provide superior customer service to Field Operators and Subcontractors

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES: Special skill knowledge and pertinent techniques to work assignment

involving:

• Ability to work independently or collaborate within a group to complete assigned tasks.


• Computer skills including:

• Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

• G-Suite Products (Sheets, Docs, Slides)

• Windows OS

• Some experience with accounting software.


• Management/Support 3rd-Party Subcontractors.


• Well organized and able to manage multiple priorities on a daily basis.


• Self Motivated

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Initiative, attention to detail.


• Thoroughness, dependability, tact and courtesy; ability to work in a team environment.


• Bi-lingual preferred - Spanish

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.


• Office Environment experience preferred.


• Accounting experience preferred.


• Purchase/Work Order experience preferred.


• Excel and/or Google Sheets experience required - 1 year or more

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This is an office position that requires the use of basic office equipment.
Including computer, telephone and related equipment.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
