Responsibilities of the entry-level Verizon Customer Service Representative:
Prepare presentations and product information to utilize during the sales process and articulate it with customers, entry-level team members, and upper-level management Identify any sales prospects while communicating with customers and upsell products when appropriate Maintain relationships with current and new customer accounts in a professional manner Develop strategic sales plans for each customer to support product expansion and heightened customer retention Attend training sessions with other entry-level Verizon Customer Service Representative team members and upper management to better understand client brand representative and sales expectations Requirements for our entry-level Verizon Customer Service Representative:

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
