Come Grow With Spacesaver! Spacesaver is currently recruiting for a Military Vertical Market Sales Manager to join our team. As a Military Vertical Market Sales Manager at Spacesaver, you will be responsible for the development and execution of field sales plans and strategies within the Spacesaver Group to ensure success in the Military Market. You will be involved in driving sales and serving as a resource/educator to the Spacesaver distribution.
A few of the Highlights of this Role Include: Establish sales goals by region to ensure adequate geographic coverage based on market potential. Understand market needs, competitive influences, and market trends. Assist in identifying product gaps and opportunities. Develop training objectives and programs, and assist in the training of new Military sales reps. Why Work at Spacesaver? Simple. A workplace that feels like a community. We could use this space to talk about our competitive salaries (we have those) or our great benefits (we have those, too!). We're proud of what we're able to offer, but when we ask our employees what they like the most about working with Spacesaver, it's actually the small things that make the biggest difference:
One Team, One Vision In addition to the outside community, we've heavily involved with and invested in another group of people—our own. From celebrations and team incentives when we've hit sales or safety goals to company picnics and holiday parties, we do everything we can to make sure that you feel appreciated on a daily basis.
Health Focus We want our employees to be healthy and happy, which is why we contribute money into HSA/HRA accounts, and our dental plan is an 80/20 plan. We also have an on-site nurse for issues that arise at work and offer Wellness Reimbursements on things like health club memberships, annual physicals, and dental cleanings.
401K Contributions & Profit Sharing We match the first 4% of your 401K contributions 50 cents on the dollar, and you're eligible the first pay date following the first day of the month. Profit sharing can be up to 15% of annual compensation and is based on company performance. There's an incentive payout that everyone in the company gets if we reach our yearly sales and operations goals.
