This project blends sharp humor, authentic military culture, and unfiltered creativity into an electric mix of sketches, guest appearances, and satirical commentary.
We're looking for a highly skilled Preditor (Producer/Editor) to join our team on-site and help bring this ambitious vision to life. This is a 2-month on-site contract role (mid-January to mid-March) with the potential for full-time, on-site employment if the project is greenlit.
Role Overview We're searching for a Preditor—a hybrid Producer/Editor—who thrives on wearing multiple hats. If you can shoot, light, and edit with confidence, this role is for you. You'll be on the front lines of production, from pre-production planning to post-production polish, playing a vital role in the look, feel, and delivery of the show.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in on-set production, cinematography, and post-production editing. This role requires someone who can operate cameras, adjust lighting for cinematic visuals, and edit high-quality video content with precision and speed. You'll be working in a fast-paced, creative environment where humor and spontaneity collide with tight deadlines and professional standards.

\n ResponsibilitiesProduction: Lead on-site shoots, setting up and managing cameras, lights, and audio equipment.Creative Execution: Collaborate with producers, writers, and the director to bring sketches and variety show segments to life.Shooting: Film sketch comedy, behind-the-scenes content, and celebrity guest features.Lighting: Design and execute lighting setups for indoor and outdoor shoots, achieving a cinematic look and feel.Editing: Edit high-quality video content for weekly episodes, from sketch segments to guest appearances and interviews.Post-Production: Handle color correction, sound design, and deliver finalized, polished episodes on time.File Management: Ensure footage and project files are properly stored, organized, and accessible. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in production, editing, and post-production for TV, film, or digital content.Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and a working knowledge of After Effects.On-set production experience Expertise in camera operation (DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, and cinema cameras) and knowledge of multi-camera shoots.Ability to shoot and light for a variety show format with dynamic sets and unpredictable scenes.A sharp eye for timing, pacing, and comedic delivery when editing content.Knowledge of green screen lighting and compositing is a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in file management and workflow.Ability to work on-site full-time for 2 months (mid-January to mid-March).
