About the job: Under direction from our Medical Director and in collaboration with the other Dermatologist, there is abundant opportunity which will allow for almost limitless professional growth. Responsibilities include mentoring support staff and intern doctors, providing counsel to the other specialists, and collaborating with the referring veterinarian community.
How you'll make a difference: A Dermatologist at WRAH can deepen their knowledge by interacting closely with other specialties and expand their skills with in-hospital access to CT, MRI, video-otoscopy, and CO2 laser.This position represents the second Dermatologist for the hospital and will help to expand the Ophthalmology service to five days a week.What you will bring: The ideal addition to this team will have a deep passion for client education and empathy, as well as a strong interest and belief in an evidence-based clinical approach. They will thrive in and foster an environment of collaboration, support for the individual as well as the entire hospital team, and patient welfare.
