Clinical Excellence: Maintain an active caseload to model clinical excellence and support the team during high-volume periods. Ensure the ECC team provides accurate diagnostics, high-quality treatment plans, and compassionate care for patients. Review and provide feedback on challenging cases to improve patient outcomes. Mentorship and Training: Serve as a mentor for ECC veterinarians, interns, and residents, fostering a learning-oriented environment. Facilitate continuing education opportunities and skills development within the department. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for team members. Strategic Planning and Growth: Identify opportunities to expand ECC services and improve efficiency within the department. Qualifications:DVM or equivalent degree. Board certification in Emergency and Critical Care (DACVECC) or significant ECC leadership experience preferred. Proven track record of successful team leadership and mentorship. Exceptional clinical skills in emergency and critical care medicine.
