Friendship Hospital for Animals is expanding and seeking an additional board-certified or board-eligible veterinary medical oncologist to join our well-established team of over 70 veterinarians and 200+ well-trained professionals. This is an exclusive opportunity to be part of a network of veterinary professionals revolutionizing animal health care through collaboration, expertise, and cutting-edge research!
In addition to seeing patients, responsibilities include:Consulting on and managing in-hospital patientsCommunicating with clientsCommunicating with referring veterinariansTraining and mentoring support staffAttending and participating in rounds and CE (Continuing Education)Qualifications:Ability to multi-taskAbility to handle stressful situationsAbility to care for complex in-hospital casesAbility to mentor internsAbility to communicate with specialists in managing casesUS veterinary licensureWe are exclusively seeking individuals who embrace a nurturing, cooperative, and ethical environment, where genuine individuals come together to share knowledge, uplift one another, and enhance the health and happiness of our patients, clients, team members, and the community.
