SPECIALISTS WANTED - EQUITY OPPORTUNITIES Hickory Veterinary and Specialty Hospital is looking to expand our specialty team and add a board certified, or residency trained veterinary specialist to the team. Hickory is a family-owned, third generation, private practice located in the Philadelphia suburbs of southern Montgomery County, PA. We are a full-service hybrid general practice, 24/7 emergency, and specialty facility that has been rapidly expanding over the past 5 years as a counterpoint to corporatization in the region.
The facility is equipped with 64-slice CT, 1.5T MRI, underwater treadmill, multiple surgical suites and equipment, ultrasound, oxygen cages, in-house laboratory, endoscopy, etc. We currently have full-time neurology, critical care, behavior and part-time positions filled for surgery, radiology, oncology, ophthalmology, dermatology and cardiology. As privately owned, we are looking to expand the hospital's specialists and offer the potential for equity in the profitable company to do so!
Compensation and Benefits: Base salary guaranteed at the high end of industry normal, matching corporate rates. 4 weeks PTO. 1 week CE with stipend. Health care, 401k match, licenses and professional liability insurance coverage. Sign-on bonus and moving stipend if indicated. Rent/supplemental income for a time period if you are willing to relocate. This is a truly unique opportunity as only 80% of specialty hospitals are currently privately owned.
