PVESC is a large 24/7 emergency and specialty care veterinary practice, proudly serving Portland, Maine and surrounding areas for over 30 years. Our specialties include emergency & critical care, surgery, internal medicine, oncology, dermatology, neurology, and cardiology. PVESC has a current full-time opening for a licensed technician or very experienced veterinary assistant for overnight care in our emergency and critical care department. This position includes four overnight shifts from 10pm to 8am. PVESC offers a sign-on bonus of up to $2500.00, compensation commensurate with experience, a generous overnight shift differential, and an extensive benefits plan. Requirements Requirements Veterinary technician license or certification; a minimum of two years of veterinary experience as a licensed or certified technician is required. Very experienced veterinary assistants may also be considered; a minimum of 5 years of veterinary assistant experience in emergency or hospitalized patient care is required. #ACP1
