Vice President, Asset Servicing Strategy

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Asset Servicing Strategy to join our Asset Servicing (AS) Strategy team. This role is located in New York, NY –HYBRID
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Partner with AS Strategy head and key AS business leaders to develop and articulate top strategies for Asset Servicing, including:
Defining the scope of strategy
Owning and driving creation of deliverables such as strategy presentations, market analyses
Developing and incorporating insights from qualitative and quantitative analysis into
Develop competitor and market insights to enhance business strategy
Collaborate with additional asset servicing team members as necessary to deliver against project work
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Project management
Define scope, timeline, key milestones for project work
Set meetings, define agendas
Manage stakeholders
Insights delivery
Data manipulation and analysis to get to the "so what's" from thoughtful, thorough data analysis
Partner with business SMEs and competitor and market intelligence teams to collect quantitative and qualitative inputs
Synthesize information and communicate insights and "so what's" back to business leaders and AS Strategy head
Ability to derive structure and clarity from ambiguity
Connecting the dots to deliver a "one AS" and "one BNY" strategy
Collaboration within the team and broader BNY
Strong work ethic and desire to drive for sound, data-driven results and recommendations
Experience
Strong Microsoft excel and powerpoint capabilities to drive and perform analysis and build
6+ years of experience working in management consulting, strategy, or business management; MBA preferred
Experience working in a strategy consulting firm and / or financial services company

"BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $100,000 and $165,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and company- sponsored benefit programs.
