The Company is in search of a Vice President of Broadcast Operations to oversee the strategic and proactive development of content delivery for its sports and entertainment properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of broadcast production, including radio, over-the-air, and original programming on streaming platforms. This role demands a deep understanding of live and non-live game broadcast production, studio programming, and the evolving media landscape. The VP will be the primary contact for external production technology partners and vendors, ensuring high-quality telecast and services, and will lead efforts to expand broadcasting initiatives across multiple platforms.Applicants for the Vice President of Broadcast Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5-10 years' experience in live sports television production. The role requires a proven track record in negotiating contracts, a strong understanding of the broadcast industry, and the ability to drive innovation. Experience in leading a team, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment are essential. The VP will also be expected to develop and manage operating budgets, lead broadcast talent, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication in alignment with organizational goals.
