We're seeking a future team member in the role of Vice President, Business Analysis II to join our Technology Business Analysis team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Configure Ivalua modules, including workflows, alerts, reports, ETL, and more.
Manage data loads and perform data integrity checks.
Contribute to cutover activities and testing efforts.
Debug technical issues, provide root cause analysis, and resolve defects.
Perform deliveries to manage environment synchronization.
Collaborate with other team members to identify and solve problems in a timely manner.
Have a strong understanding of Ivalua integration options and methodology with ERP systems/middleware.
Have knowledge of SQL Server to solve technical issues or perform advanced configurations.
Possess excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in an onshore project role within industry or consulting, preferably with international exposure.
Ivalua Advanced Certification in S2C and P2P (L3).
Good understanding of sourcing, procurement processes, and supplier information management, and end-to-end business processes.
At least 1-2 end-to-end implementations of Ivalua modules.
Strong analytical skills, result-oriented, and a highly structured working style.
Strong will to pursue a problem, identify the source, and propose possible solutions in collaboration with other team members in a timely manner.
Understanding of Ivalua integration options and methodology with ERP systems/middleware.
Knowledge of SQL Server to solve technical issues or perform advanced configurations.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
