ResponsibilitiesWorking with Business Unit Leaders to implement the Firm's strategic business development planPreparing annual business development budgetDeveloping, monitoring, and overseeing all business development activity for the Electric BD teamConducting bi-monthly business development meetingsDeveloping marketing, sales, and advertising plansDeveloping and maintaining quality relationships with clientsPreparing and presenting presentations to potential and existing clientsAssisting and participating in other business development activities as requiredParticipating in preparation of responses to RFP'sDeveloping and presenting client proposals when appropriateConducting annual performance reviewsPerforming miscellaneous job-related duties as necessaryRequired Qualifications: 10-15 years Marketing and Business Development experience with electric utilities or with an engineering consulting firm calling on electric utilitiesCollege degree in Engineering, Business or MarketingStrong industry contactsAbility and desire to travel 3 to 4 times a monthMust have a valid driver's license without restrictionsENTRUST Solutions Group, an ENR Top 100 company, is a community of people, 3,000+ strong, who are committed to our clients and each other.
