About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Business Development to join their executive team.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the growth of the company's AI tools in digital pathology by identifying, negotiating, and establishing strategic partnerships with biopharma and molecular diagnostics companies.
This role is pivotal in creating new revenue opportunities and enhancing the company's market presence.
Key responsibilities include strategic partnership development, revenue generation, market analysis, relationship building with industry stakeholders, leading negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the successful execution of partnership initiatives.
The VP will also be expected to represent the company at industry events and enhance its thought leadership in digital pathology and AI.
Applicants for the VP of Business Development position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
A minimum of 10 years' of experience in business development, particularly in the biopharma or molecular diagnostics sectors, is required, with a focus on digital pathology or AI being highly desirable.
