Kindbody's clinically managed program covers the full spectrum of reproductive health, including both female and male fertility, which encompasses fertility assessments and education, fertility preservation, genetic testing, in vitro fertilization (IVF), donor and surrogacy services, and adoption, as well as a full continuum of reproductive care including physical, mental, and emotional support.
About the Role

The Vice President, Channel Partnerships will leverage an ambition to learn and grow, a drive to succeed at all costs, and excellent communication skills to identify and pursue new partnerships and channels. 
Responsibilities

Develop and cultivate new business relationships within the employer health benefits space including insurance companies, TPAs, carriers, benefits consultants/brokerages, channel partners, point solutions and tech partners
Develop and manage governance model and business plan with partners
Plan and manage contracts, messaging, product integration, technology sourcing, and go to market plans with partner
Sustain, manage and cultivate relationships with partners to foster deeper relationships and explore new opportunities
Educate market stakeholders on Kindbody's innovative care delivery model
Design unique programs for distinct distribution channels, optimizing program performance to increase utilization and drive member engagement
Leverage existing Kindbody clients and relationships to expand reach
Drive revenue through business partnerships with managed care payer and broker networks to expand Kindbody's new client base   
Maintain industry knowledge of innovations and remain up to date on managed care and broker trends, news, and industry events  
Oversee the successful coordination, negotiation, and implementation of contracts with Managed Care Organizations and other Payers, and maintain effective working relationships with his/her counterparts 
Cross-functionally project manage managed care implementation including but not limited to product, marketing, legal, finance, sales department collaboration  
Comply with standard company reporting procedures, regularly developing presentations to update executive team

Who You Are

10+ years experience as an individual contributor sales leader 
BS/BA required; MBA preferred
Proven ability to manage employer sales cycle end-to-end
Track record of successfully attaining and / or exceeding revenue targets
Ability to negotiate, multi-year customer contracts
Experience supporting and implementing healthcare benefits strategies for large employers
Self-starter; ability to work independently in a lean, early stage, high-growth environment
Outstanding communication skills; leverages a highly-collaborative approach to sales
Understanding of employer benefit context as well as the nature of the employer-health plan interactions
Experience developing and presenting clear and concise product briefings
Experience rapidly learning company and product content
Excellent poise and presentation skills, including phone-based presentations
A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of the area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. 
Willingness to travel to prospective client sites as needed - 60%

Compensation Range : $175,000-$200,000 (depending on education, experience, and geographic location)
