How you contribute to our success Success for this position is defined by the achievement of growth targets in the channel partnership market. Your Responsibilities to the team, our clients and community The VP Channel Partnerships (VPCP), with the SVPS and Executive team, develops and executes the channel partner strategy that drives achievement of new revenue growth targets in the marketplace. Specifically, the VPCP is responsible for the following: Strategic Planning: Develop, manage and grow the channel partnership model in a manner that aligns with company objectives.Reseller Partnerships: Work with resellers, deliver presentations, manage accounts, monitor competition and increase company revenue and market share through the reseller partnerships.Relationships: Develop and grow relationships with potential resellers in healthcare, TPA and other markets across the country.Leadership: Select and develop high performing team members to execute and achieve all deliverables and performance targets in the channel reseller business model. Business Development and client experience: At its core, this position is responsible for sales and the client experience in the reseller channel partnership model.Promotion: Work with the marketing team to develop a strategy to increase resellers and drive new business to the resellers.Collaboration: Collaborate with each business unit to ensure the successful delivery of an ideal client and employee experience in all interactions.Communication: Communicate channel activities internally. Serve as a subject matter expert on wellbeing and the reseller model externally in the market to grow business and trust in the Navigate brand.Industry Expertise: Understands the reseller market and knows the competition, landscape, products, innovators and decision makers in all markets. Shares this knowledge with the team consistently.Reporting: Consistently report on the performance of the partnerships in the channel and use data to optimize performance. The Ideal CandidateA strong background, interest and commitment to wellbeing reseller growth and relationship management, strategy, process development and training. Experience in leading channel partner reseller relationships.Existing strong network of wellbeing consultants, health group and TPA leaders and decision makers.Experience in fast-paced and high growth environment. Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Physical & Working Environment Standard office work environment. Minimum ability to lift push and pull 10lbs for event booth set up.
