The Tennessee Titans are entering one of the most exciting periods of their franchise and seeking a Vice President of Creative to lead the company's creative vision. We're looking for a creative and passionate individual who continuously inspires and mentors their team and those around them. The right candidate will be a creative strategist, with a well-rounded understanding of brand, design, video production, and be just as comfortable leading teams as they are jumping into the work themselves. Their thirst for quality work, brand cohesion, and all things creative is complemented with an understanding of good design principles and a focus on detail.
This role serves as the creative team's representation to all other departments within the organization, and as such this individual must be an expert collaborator with an aim on always finding the win for all parties. As a people leader within our organization, the Vice President of Creative is expected to invest in and lead a team of talented creative individuals through consistent coaching, feedback and support. We are looking for someone ambitious with the ability to multi-task and be a team player as well as someone that loves the game of football and the city of Nashville.
Responsibilities: Define, execute and lead the overall creative strategy for the Titans, visually expressing the brand story, ensuring alignment with organizational culture, goals and objectives.Collaborate with Marketing Strategy & Insights team to create winning content and campaign plans that will drive our business initiatives.Utilize regular reporting and analysis to inform content performance, audience engagement, and campaign effectiveness, leveraging insights to inform future strategies, initiatives, and offerings.Multimedia and Content Development Oversee the development and execution of multimedia content initiatives, including video productions, graphic designs, photography, motion graphics, and interactive experiences, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to brand standards.Lead the project management team with strong vision and cross-organization collaboration to ensure all projects meet deadlines, budgets, and performance metrics.Knowledgeable of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content creation, digital media and advertising, integrating innovative techniques and approaches into content and marketing strategies.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Media, Production, Partnership and Ticket Sales, to develop integrated content strategies and campaigns that drive fan engagement, brand affinity, and revenue growth.Relationship Management Represent the Titans brand and Creative department across the organization and broader NFL portfolio. Solutions oriented leader that collaborates to find the win for all parties, while advocating for creative excellence and strategic alignment.Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors and creative collaborators, to enhance content capabilities and expand brand reach.Leadership Lead and mentor a diverse team of content creators, including designers, videographers, photographers, and digital specialists, fostering a culture of creativity, growth, collaboration, and innovation.Qualifications: Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of translating vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.At least 10-12 years of experience in design and brand experience, either in-house or at an agency with a strong proven track record of team management and mentorship.Adept in digital marketing, content creation and brand storytelling.Proven track record of leading successful creative teams and delivering engaging, seamless campaigns with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team towards a common vision.Thorough knowledge of various creative channels, including but not limited to; multimedia production, including video, print, digital, and motion graphics, with proficiency in industry-standard tools and programs.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.NO PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS, PLEASE.
