RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze user needs and software requirements, confer with data governance team and project managers to obtain information on capabilities and limitations of data processing projects.Prepare reports concerning project specifications, milestones, and status.Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers to design systems, and partner with multiple teams to successfully integrate end-to-end dataflows to achieve desired results.Design and develop software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes.Create a clear, coherent approach to guide effective program/initiative setup, execution, and control.Apply knowledge of OTC Reg reporting process for program planning and develop strategies for business initiatives and operational improvements.Analyze present-state gaps and address them, manage interface upgrades & performance improvements, and review alternative future-state approaches.Perform data cleansing and analysis of large data sets in multiple formats (Relational database, Object Oriented Database, HDFS, and Web services) and experience with job schedulers & JIRA.Implement Risk Based approach and come up with critical scenarios and get these approved by Dev and BA teams.Set the priorities of the requirements to be covered.Attend Scrum calls and come up with test deliverables such as Test plan, Test Scenarios, and Entry Exit criteria based on the discussions.Support UAT testing by UAT environment setup, generating reports with SQL and Python, data setup for special cases and addressing user queries.Handle multiple waterfall and agile projects and involve in all stages of these methodologies.Design and develop automation scripts of different application types (Backend & Front end) using multiple tools/platforms like Quartz and Selenium.Analyze the automation scripting cost (development and maintenance), cost savings, and return on investment to get the approval from client manager.Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering (any), Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or related; and5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:Implementing Risk Based approach and coming up with critical scenarios and get these approved by Dev and BA teams;Setting the priorities of the requirements to be covered;Attending Scrum calls and coming up with test deliverables such as Test plan, Test Scenarios, and Entry Exit criteria based on the discussions;Supporting UAT testing by UAT environment setup, generating reports with SQL and Python, data setup for special cases and addressing user queries;Handling multiple waterfall and agile projects and involving in all stages of these methodologies;Designing and developing automation scripts of different application types (Backend & Front end) using multiple tools/platforms like Quartz and Selenium;Analyzing the automation scripting cost (development and maintenance), cost savings, and return on investment to get the approval from client manager.If interested apply online at www.bankofamerica.com/careers or email your resume to ******** and reference the job title of the role and requisition number.
