About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President - DOT Enterprise Account Leader to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating across multiple public sector portfolios and service capabilities to ensure a unified go-to-market approach that prioritizes client satisfaction, delivery excellence, and new business growth within the expanding DOT presence. This role involves working with transportation SMEs and technology practitioners to develop and implement a tactical growth account plan that leverages the company's capabilities and focuses on high-priority DOT operating administrations and offices. The Account Leader will also be tasked with expanding and maintaining a quality pipeline of opportunities, engaging with DOT clients to demonstrate strategic advice and innovations, and promoting the company's brand and technical reputation within the DOT account.Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience working in or supporting DOT, with a focus on professional services, IT modernization, and digital transformation, and at least 8 years' in a growth-oriented role with established relationships across DOT and industry partners. The role requires a proven track record of superior client service, delivery, and growth in the DOT sector, as well as the ability to collaborate with a broad range of services to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and possess strong leadership, organizational, communication, and management skills. Responsibilities include leading the DOT Account Team, supporting capture executives with client engagement activities, and developing strategic teaming relationships with potential partners. The role demands a strategic, hands-on leader with the ability to influence and achieve key growth goals.
