The successful candidate will be responsible for redesigning the event marketing portfolio, developing tailored audience strategies, and creating high-impact, on-brand events that enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
This role demands a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of event marketing, operations, and team leadership, capable of delivering innovative experiences.
The VP will also be tasked with relaunching the company's executive briefing center, enhancing relationship building in top markets, and driving strategic engagements for key accounts.
Candidates for the VP of Experiential Events role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' marketing experience, with a strong background in leading and inspiring high-performing teams.
The role requires a leader with a proven track record in handling marketing budgets, delivering on financial targets, and a keen eye for detail in project management.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A BS/BA degree in marketing or equivalent experience is preferred, along with proficiency in performance marketing tools and a strong analytical skill set.
The role is pivotal in driving the company's brand transformation and requires a strategic thinker who can innovate and introduce new event formats and technologies to differentiate the brand in the marketplace.
