We're looking for a Vice President to support our Expert Services team.
You will work on engagements related to financial securities matters, economic damages analyses, forensic accounting matters, investigative services, and other dispute consulting.
Day to Day Responsibilities:Manage staff members to ensure engagement execution within established timeframes and budgetsAssist engagement teams in creating financial models, business valuations, forensic accounting, and other analyses, as dictated by the needs of the client or legal counselAssist engagement teams in providing guidance to attorneys on key financial, business, and accounting issuesAssist engagement teams in the development and evaluation of damages claims and other financial calculationsOrganize and analyze large data sets to provide meaningful conclusionsPrepare written reports and presentations for clientsReview internal and external communications, including client proposals and expert reportsPerform assigned tasks with minimal oversightIndependently gather data pertinent to the engagement through direct client interaction, client site visits, and independent researchContribute directly to the development of work product, expert reports, proposals, presentations, and publications communicated to current and prospective clientsMinimum Qualifications:You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar fieldCPA is a plus, but not requiredYou have a minimum of 3 years of experience in disputes/litigation support practice or consultingYou have demonstrated experience supporting expert opinions and providing financial analytical services to attorneysYou have demonstrated experience providing written deliverablesYou have proven project management and presentation skillsYou have proven experience managing and mentoring a teamYou have strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skillsYou have strong Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint skillsYou have experience building financial or complex Excel modelsAbout KrollJoin the global leader in risk and financial advisory solutions—Kroll.
