Inviting applications for the role of Vice President - Finance & Accounting Operations We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of the entire value chain in F&A (across Insurance and Banking industry) in a fairly fast-paced business environment. The role is based out of NCR.
ResponsibilitiesLead Finance & Accounting Service line and help in solutioning for all new deals in pipeline.Network within the organization to form relationships at all levels (decision-makers and influencers).Establish clear, ambitious, and achievable transformation objectives that align with the company's strategic vision.Front ending the clients and should have capability to understand requirements and customer expectations and deliver solutions.Co-own delivery of End-to-End business impact and drive productivity to ensure best-in-class implementations / streamlining the onshore/offshore operation.Understand the changing environment/client needs and provide solutions.Manage multiple RFPs/deals at the same time.Manage knowledge design, implementation & support for complex F&A domain.
