The ideal candidate for this VP role is a sharp finance/accounting/investment leader who can support financial analysis related to the real estate property portfolio, cash flow, treasury and financings, and will collaborate closely with the asset management and family office teams, reporting directly into the CFO. In this VP of finance role, you will manage the company's cash and treasury functions, marketable securities investments, tax compliance, and human resource payroll/benefits administration. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned finance and accounting professional, with alternative investment and marketable securities exposure, who is detail-oriented, independent, strategic, and demonstrates excellent communication skills.
