The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of financial and capital management activities, including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, ad-hoc financial analysis, product and business line profitability, and capital management and stress testing.
This executive will also be a key leader in the organization, overseeing the strategy and execution of a top-tier FP&A team.
The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to make sound judgments, communicate effectively, and lead a high-performing team.
The VP will be expected to have a strong background in financial services, with a focus on the evolving regulatory landscape, and experience in NCUA/Federal Reserve Bank capital planning and stress testing.
Candidates for the VP position should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or accounting, with an MBA or related master's degree being desirable.
A CFA or CPA is also a plus.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' of financial services experience, with a proven track record in the associated responsibilities, and a minimum of 10 years' of experience in leading and motivating teams.
The role demands a leader with cognitive agility, critical thinking, and the ability to drive innovation and change.
Business agility, including market and environmental savvy, business acumen, and digital and technological savvy, is essential.
The VP will be expected to have a member-centered design approach and a strong focus on execution agility to achieve the organization's goals.
