The RoleThis position will lead Hyatt's global financial shared services across multiple regions, including the Americas, EAME/SWA, and ASPAC while overseeing our strategic partnership with Genpact, our business process outsourcing provider.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee and direct the operations of Hyatt's shared service center in Moore, Oklahoma.Provide leadership for the shared service center in Cancun, Mexico.Manage shared services operations across EAME and ASPAC.Guide the global partnership with Genpact.Drive the strategic expansion of global finance and accounting shared services.Collaborate closely with global and regional finance, IT, and HR leaders.Ensure robust communication, change management, and training plans are developed.This role requires frequent domestic and international travel.QualificationsExperience Required: 10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting leadership rolesIn-depth knowledge of financial processes, systems, and controlsExperience Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldExperience in a multinational corporationProven track record in leading a shared services organizationDemonstrated success in driving continuous improvement initiativesThe position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all-encompassing.
