About the RoleThe VP of Health Services will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for driving the company's Services initiatives. This role will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive services strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the healthcare industry, extensive experience in digital health solutions, and a strong track record of scaling digital healthcare services to new heights.
A Day in the LifeStrategic Leadership & Vision:Develop and implement a cohesive digital health strategy aligned with the company's short-term and long-term goals.Drive innovation and establish the company as a leader in the health landscape by leveraging emerging technologies and trends.Collaborate with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities and create a roadmap for health services.Operational Excellence:Oversee the health services portfolio, ensuring successful product development, implementation, and scaling across various markets.Lead cross-functional teams, including product development, technology, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-impact health solutions.Ensure high-quality execution and delivery of digital health projects and programs to meet customer expectations and achieve business outcomes.Business Development & Partnerships:Establish strategic partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and technology vendors, to enhance service offerings.Support business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients and partners.Financial & Performance Management:Drive financial performance by establishing KPIs, tracking progress, and managing budgets for the digital health services division.Implement metrics and analytics to assess the impact of health initiatives and ensure continuous improvement.Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.Ensure professional development and succession planning to maintain the team's strength and adaptability.What You NeedBachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MHA) preferred.15+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role overseeing health or healthcare technology services.Proven track record of driving growth and scaling digital health services within a healthcare or healthtech organization.Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, payer/provider landscape, and value-based care models.Demonstrated success in building and leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Experience working with advanced technologies, such as AI/ML, telehealth, remote patient monitoring, and healthcare analytics.Preferred ExperienceExperience in a high-growth healthtech or health company.Familiarity with software development and deployment methodologies in a healthcare context.Deep knowledge of US healthcare market dynamics, including payer and provider operations, and regulatory environment.Here's What We OfferGenerous PTO Benefits: Enjoy PTO benefit accrual of 22 days per year.Parental Leave: Experience one of the industry's best parental leave policies to spend time with your new addition.Rewards & Recognition: Unlock your potential and be rewarded generously with both monetary incentives and widespread recognition for your dedication and outstanding performance.Insurance Benefits: We offer medical, dental, and vision benefits along with 100% company-sponsored short and long-term disability and basic life insurance.
