The successful candidate will be a strategic and innovative thought leader in all HR-related initiatives, with a focus on recruiting and retention, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations.
This role requires a proactive approach to aligning HR work with the company's strategic plan and business interests, as well as a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace environment.
The VP of HR will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR office, leading long-range HR strategic planning, and ensuring that the organization's talent management and compensation programs support its mission and growth.
Candidates for the VP of HR position at the company should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, with an advanced degree and SPHR certification strongly preferred.
A background of at least 10 years in senior-level HR roles, particularly in management positions within HR and organizational development, is also preferred.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a broad knowledge of HR functions, and a proven track record in building and leading a large, agile workforce.
