Vice President Human Resources

Houston client is looking for a Vice President of Human Resources. This will be a top-level executive role in an organization, responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management and industrial relations.
***** Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the business plans of the organization.Overseeing the overall design and administration of compensation and benefits plans.Directing and managing recruitment, hiring, training, and development strategies.Providing consultation to management on employee-related issues including performance management, disciplining, and exit interviews.Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Implementing and overseeing performance management processes, including performance evaluations and career development.Playing an active role in succession planning and organizational development.Monitoring and managing the organizations HR budget.Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or related area.Proven experience in a senior-level HR role.Excellent leadership and people management skills.Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems.
