About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Information Technology (IT) to lead the design, development, and implementation of its IT strategy. This role is pivotal as the organization is embarking on a significant overhaul of its IT systems to meet current and future needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for selecting, designing, and implementing new systems, including software, cloud services, and equipment, with a focus on aligning IT with the company's strategic goals. Ongoing oversight, supervision, and monitoring of all IT initiatives will also be a key part of the role.The ideal candidate will be a member of the company's management team, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, and will manage a team of 6 technology staff. They should have a strong background in IT leadership, with the ability to work collaboratively with nonprofit partners and donors. Experience in strategic grantmaking, community partnerships, advocacy, and impact investing is a plus. The role requires a visionary leader who can leverage the power of community and philanthropic resources to advance equity for people, places, and the planet.
