Role Description:
As aVice President, Inside Salesfor Homes.com, you will a lead dynamic team thatoperatesas a strategic digital marketing partner to the residential real estate industry. You will lead a team of5Sr.Sales Directors wholeadteams of60salespeopleand leaders.?The sales teamisresponsible fordeveloping and driving revenue by selling digital advertising and marketing solutions to newcustomers, growing existing customer revenues, and ensuringhigh levelsof customer service.? In your role, you will be accountable foroverseeing the management of a large inside sales organization, coaching and developing sales leaders, partnering across the broader organization to design, build, and improve processes,andmeet specificsales and revenue retention targets
Responsibilities:?
Grow team revenues, meet, and exceed annual sales growth targets.?
Attract, hire, develop, and motivate high impact sales professionalsand leaderscapable of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.?
Establish individual and team performance targets that align with overall business goals.?
Provide coaching and training as necessary to enhance sales effectiveness.??
Manage the identification, prioritization andwinning of new customer relationships and the retention and growth of our current customers.
Monitor sales performance and hold sales team accountable to the required level of sales activity and customer relationships to ensure the achievement of business performance targets and standards.?
Design, build, and improve go-to-market processes, infrastructure, sales tools, reporting, and messaging by partnering with the Sales Effectiveness team, Marketing, and Product.
Partner withsenior sales leaders in other Costar Group brands (i.e.Apartments.com) to define best practices, improve talent management and retention, and improve go-to-market strategies.
Provide performance updates to SVP of Homes.com Sales and other senior executives at the company including finance, product, and marketing.
Ensure CoStar culture and Core Values are adopted by team members.?
Basic Qualifications:?
Bachelor's degreerequiredfrom an accredited, in-person college or university?
Minimum of10+ years of people management experience directly leading and managing salesand/or operationsprofessionals.
External applicants are expected to have the following experience: 5 or more years of experience directlyleadingteams with >100employeeswithin Commercial Real Estate, Residential Real Estate or Digital Advertising and Marketingor related B2B organizations, including the ability to attract, hire, train, and develop a high performing sales team.?
Experience leading sales efforts in a fast-paced organization with a short cycle-time sales model.?
Preferred Qualifications and Skills?
Demonstrated ability to build long-term and sustainable relationships and business partnerships with customers at all levels.?
Demonstratedtrack recordofleading large(>100)inside sales or inside operations teams and consistently meeting or exceeding business targets or goals.?
Effective internal (leadership, peers, teams, company-wide) and external (sales channels, customers, etc.) relationship building skills.?
Demonstrated ability toretainproven sales producers andmanagenon-producers.?
Ability to travel, if necessary.??
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high growth company.?
