The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the company's digital transformation, working closely with senior leadership to develop and maintain a strategic IT roadmap that supports the company's growth.
This hands-on management role requires the ability to deep-dive into technical issues, manage the IT department, and ensure that the IT roadmap is effectively meeting the company's objectives.
Key responsibilities include leading IT activities for a multi-national organization, driving the implementation of the strategic IT roadmap, managing IT vendor relationships, and ensuring IT governance and security compliance.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree being a plus, and a minimum of 15 years of experience in the IT industry.
A strong background in senior leadership or management within an IT, security, or software development setting is essential.
The role demands a proven track record of significant achievements in business information systems, security, software project management, software development, and IT systems engineering.
Experience in leading a business system implementation or major upgrade, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with global teams, is also required.
The ideal candidate will have a background in a complex manufacturing environment and a demonstrated use of scorecards and KPIs to manage the IT organization.
