Individuals who want to grow and develop will be passionate about this opportunity, knowing the role allows for significant interaction with the executive team and occasionally the Board of Directors, presenting the opportunity to develop strategic leadership skills.
CFCU's commitment to being imaginative opens doors that allow the incumbent to explore (and develop) tools that will take financial reporting to the next level.
On a daily basis, you will collaborate across the organization to inspire others' enthusiasm around financial goals and how individual goals tie to organizational performance.
