Vice President Of Accounting

Reporting to the CFO, the Vice President of Accounting will oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and international accounting standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in international accounting, a CPA certification, and extensive experience in both software and manufacturing industries.
\n What you'll do:Lead and manage the accounting department, including financial reporting, auditing and financial controlsEnsure compliance with GAAP and international accounting standards.Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures tailored to both software and manufacturing operations.Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports.Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.Provide strategic financial insights to senior management.Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and systems.Mentor and develop accounting staff. What you must have:CPA certification required.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Extensive experience with international accounting standards.Strong knowledge of GAAP.Proven experience in both software and manufacturing industries.Excellent leadership and management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in NetSuite preferred
