Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Division Manager to lead our Cutting and Demolition division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and construction management, with proven leadership skills and a track record of successfully managing large-scale projects. As the Division Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our civil services projects, from sales to closeout.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, design, and execution of projects, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
Monitor project performance, including budget management, schedule adherence, and quality control.
Foster a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement within the division.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization across all projects.
Drive business development efforts to secure new projects and expand the division's portfolio.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering and construction, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
