About the Role The Company is in search of a Vice President of Finance to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of critical tasks, including SEC compliance management, financial reporting, and FP&A.
This role involves leading the annual budget process and preparing and presenting financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6-8 years' accounting or financial leadership experience within a private equity, VC, or financial services company, with a CPA being strongly preferred.
A Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related field is also required.
Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should be well-versed in the intricacies of fund strategies and be prepared to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
