The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the business goals of the global BPO operations, ensuring consistency across all regions.
This role requires a deep expertise in HR service delivery, global workforce management, and process standardization.
The VP of HR will also be instrumental in integrating technology into HR operations, driving the implementation and continuous improvement of HR technologies, and establishing shared service centers to streamline HR service delivery.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 15 years' of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 5 years' in a senior leadership role within a global BPO or shared service center.
The role demands a proven track record in managing HR operations across multiple global sites, strong expertise in HR technology implementation, and a demonstrated ability to lead HR process improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a focus on operational excellence, possess excellent leadership and communication skills, and be adept at fostering collaboration between regional HR teams and shared services.
International travel may be required.
