Vice President Of Marketing

The Vice President of Marketing will report to and work closely with the Head of Marketing/Investor Relations for Starwood Private Wealth. They will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand presence, drive fundraising efforts, and build strong relationships with financial advisors, high-net-worth individuals, and RIA and institutional clients. The VP of Marketing will also be responsible for the daily management of all marketing materials across Starwood's Private Wealth Platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Update PowerPoint presentations, fact sheets and other marketing materials for all Starwood Private Wealth offerings with a strong emphasis on attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and making edits efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
Work as a liaison with compliance, legal and key contacts at partner firms to secure approvals for all marketing materials.
Coordinate the printing and inventory management for marketing materials.
Update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the company's brand and messaging strategy.
Work with the Head of Marketing/IR to develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive fundraising.
Responsible for supporting the sales team – responding to requests and gathering feedback on ways to improve and create new materials.
Plan and manage all conferences and events.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with other departments, including investment teams, compliance, operations and sales.
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business or related degree required.
5+ years of marketing experience — in financial services with strong understanding of regulatory considerations preferred.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail.
Exceptional written, communication, interpersonal and PowerPoint skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
Expertise in InDesign, digital marketing, branding, and analytics tools is a plus.
