Role Overview
As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing program operations and regional development. This position involves identifying and leveraging new program and revenue opportunities, optimizing operational capabilities, and ensuring efficient processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Senior Operations Team, including Client Services, Family Support, Intake, Eligibility and Wait List Management, Quality Improvement, Risk Management, Organizational Compliance, Medicaid Utilization, and crisis response.
Drive strategic planning and monitor progress towards organizational goals.
Oversee operational and fiscal management in line with State of New Hampshire regulations, serving as the liaison with the State's Bureau of Developmental Services.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance regional capacity and program efficiency.

Skills And Qualifications
Project Management: Demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects effectively.
Operational Metrics: Strong understanding of performance metrics and operational efficiency.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to engage and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Proven track record of addressing and resolving challenges effectively.
Leadership: Solid foundation in servant leadership principles.

Education And Experience
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
10-12 years of experience in Human Services and Community-Based Services.
10-12 years of management experience.
In-depth knowledge of the developmental and intellectual disabilities service system.
