Position Summary:
The Vice President of Operations/Superintendent will oversee and manage all operational functions, focusing on commercial concrete and earthwork projects. Responsibilities include managing site activities, optimizing project schedules, enforcing safety and quality standards, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial construction and proven expertise in concrete and earthwork.
Key Responsibilities: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).10+ years of experience in commercial construction with a focus on concrete, earthwork, and excavation.Proven success in a senior leadership role managing large commercial construction projects.Strong knowledge of project management software, MS Office, and relevant construction technology.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Familiarity with OSHA standards, local construction codes, and safety regulations.
