The Vice President of Sales – Gift & Specialty is responsible for leading the sustainable growth of the Stonewall Kitchen Family of Brands at existing and new customers in the gift and specialty channels.

Expectations:
Managing sales team members and processes
Setting sales goals
Producing sales forecasts and reports
Researching the market and competitors
Training, mentoring and motivating the sales team
Collaborating with the marketing department to develop effective promotional materials
Building relationships with customers
Travel 40% of time
Ten plus years sales and sales leadership experience
Bachelor degree required; Masters degree a plus
