Tooli Logistics is a leader in last-mile delivery. We are seeking a visionary leader to build and lead our sales department, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.

The Vice President of Sales will play a pivotal role in shaping the sales strategy and operations of Tooli Logistics. As the driving force behind the company's revenue growth, this individual will oversee the recruitment, development, and management of a dynamic sales team. They will also identify key market opportunities, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to optimize sales processes and deliver superior results. This role demands a strategic thinker who can align sales initiatives with the company's long-term goals while fostering a high-performance culture.
In addition, the VP of Sales will collaborate closely with the executive team to ensure all sales efforts are fully integrated with marketing and operational strategies. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of navigating complex challenges and inspiring excellence across the sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the company's overarching sales strategy.Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.Identify and penetrate new markets, ensuring sustained revenue growth.Collaborate with leadership to align sales objectives with business goals.Oversee the implementation of AI-driven tools for optimized sales processes.Qualifications:MBA preferred; minimum 8 years in sales leadership roles with a proven track record.Deep understanding of logistics or adjacent industries.Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.Compensation:Base Salary: $150,000-$180,000 annually.Performance-Based Bonuses: Up to $50,000 annually.Opportunity to earn commission on personally closed deals.Benefits:Health insurancePaid time off401KTooli Logistics is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
