About the Role: The Vice President (VP) of People & Culture (P&C) will support Shared Services, Commercial Sales, and Operations teams, reporting to the Executive Vice President of People & Culture. This role focuses on advancing talent management strategies and modernizing Human Resources (HR) practices in areas like performance management, team engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, and talent development. Passionate about delivering an exceptional employee experience, the VP partners closely with leaders and team members to foster a positive, high-performing culture.This role requires frequent travel, with up to 60-80% travel expected.
What You'll Do:
Serve as a strategic P&C partner, aligning group needs with organizational priorities.
Develop and refine P&C strategies to enhance performance and maintain a strong culture.
Collaborate with leaders on employee relations, performance management, and recognition.
Lead change management initiatives, including communication, training, and effectiveness tracking.
Oversee P&C programs, processes, and policies across the employee lifecycle.
Analyze key HR metrics to inform solutions, policies, and workforce strategies.
Advise on workforce planning, restructures, succession planning, and goal setting.
Drive performance, compensation, and promotion cycles to uphold high standards.
Travel: Up to 60-80%.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years in HR leadership, with expertise in partnering with executives, employee relations, performance/talent management, policy implementation, and compliance.
5+ years managing teams and projects as an HR Business Partner.
Strong leadership, change management, and organizational development skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management abilities.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Adaptability and agility in a fast-paced environment.
Even Better If:
Master's degree in HR or Business Administration.
HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
Experience with HR technology and data analytics tools.
Multi-state or cannabis industry experience.
