This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 2-3 days minimum per week in the office.

We are in search of an experienced product manager to develop and implement the vision and strategy for key technology applications to drive internal efficiencies and deliver a superior client experience. The product portfolio will evolve over time as new applications are onboarded and/or legacy applications are decommissioned. This pivotal role bridges multiple business teams and drives innovation at the intersection of business and technology. At onset, this role is not expected to have management responsibilities; however, direct, and matrixed management experience is required. This is not a technical position. Significant and relevant financial services experience (public or private markets), with experience in client-facing roles across Institutional and/or Wealth channels is desired.

The ideal candidate is/has:

Proven success in defining, building, and improving technology capabilities to meet business needs Strong working knowledge of Seismic and Salesforce, experience with Appian and Loopio beneficial Skilled in establishing relationships and collaborating with diverse collaborators, team-player, and ability to lead and influence Ability to surface, prioritize, and balance multiple priorities Excellent communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and communicate across all levels within the organization Adept at driving technology implementation from a business perspective An excellent communicator who can convey complex concepts clearly and effectively Familiarity with agile principles (non-technical position) What you will do (Key Responsibilities): Design and implement the vision and strategy for key Client Experience applications to drive efficiencies and a superior client experience Serve as the point of contact for business demand management, making decisions on prioritization and backlog, and tradeoffs when appropriate Build, maintain, and champion a detailed and comprehensive product roadmap, fostering alignment across Client Experience, IT, and key partners Coordinate internal communications and support Organizational Change within Client Experience to keep collaborators informed and engaged Establish key performance indicators and metrics to measure the benefits and success of the product Partner closely with product owners to ensure successful user acceptance and QA testing to minimize risk Establish clear roles and responsibilities across teams to drive clear expectations and accountability Leverage data and user feedback to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement Education Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience: 10+ Years of relevant client-focused experience within Financial Services and proven experience in leading technology implementation Strong knowledge of institutional and wealth channels (globally), preferred
