We're seeking a future team member for the role of Business Analyst to join our Payment Platform team. This role is located in Pittsburgh – HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Lead the delivery of change in the messaging/cash/payment domain
Coordinate and build consensus across multiple global internal and often external business and technology groups
Lead delivery through to process design, requirements development, testing, training and implementing of the solution
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Minimum 5+ years experience required.
Job holder must have effective oral and written communication skills and be able to clearly address individuals and groups at all levels of staff and management.
Job holder must have extensive experience with best-in-class methods, tools and techniques for elicitation and documentation of internal and external client needs and associated requirements
