Position Overview We are looking for a Head of Sales to help continue to grow our Stanley business! The Head of Sales is the owner of Stanley's multi-channel retail business in North America and is responsible for driving sustainable and profitable sales growth across the total Stanley portfolio. This person will build and lead a team to ensure strong distribution and premium consumer experience within NA retailers both online and instore. This team member will play a critical role in delivering Stanley's go to market strategy and will be a key member of the sales leadership team.

What You'll Do Develop, implement, and execute the vision, framework, and strategy to consistently acquire and grow Stanley revenue and profitability in North America. Build and lead a high-performing strategic sales organization while leading and influencing a significant cross-functional team passionate about meeting or exceeding distribution and revenue targets. Ensure Stanley has preferred and prominent in store and digital space within strategic retailers to deliver a consistent and premium consumer experience. Lead focus strategic accounts at multiple management levels within the major customers with category support from the NAM team. Pull together resources across marketing, consumer insight and operations needed to improve the profitable growth in strategic accounts. Provide leadership to the sales organization's management team; create and conduct detailed talent and performance management processes. Develop annual and monthly sales plans in coordination with the Company's business plan. Collaborate with the Ecommerce team regarding customer specific planning, strategy, content, analytics, and web technologies. Plan customer retention strategies that increase revenue, identify changes, adjust, and redraft sales plan and philosophy as necessary. Keep abreast of changes in the sales environment to best serve the objectives of the organization. Work with Commercial & Marketing and other cross-functional teams in branding and positioning efforts to support the success of all Company products through assigned channels and customers. Devise and lead initiatives that benefit the retailer's sales and profitability and improve the consumer experience. Optimize cross-functional GTM processes. Operate within approved budgets, policies, and Brand Standards. Influence and collaborate, to advise Channel right assortment and W/S pricing for the channel. Education & Experience BA/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable. 10+ years of growing sales leadership responsibility managing direct and indirect revenue with strategic multi-channel retailers both in store and online. 5+ years of senior leadership team experience and retail strategy development experience within the consumer-packaged goods industry. Strong history of developing, implementing, and executing online strategy and initiatives with key retailers. Keen understanding and experience of assortment planning, merchandising, and consumer experience initiatives. Influential problem solver, communicator, and SaaS revenue leader with vision who gains acceptance of others in sensitive situations across all channels, mediums, and cultures. Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Experience in communicating and presenting at a senior executive and BOD director's level. Proven high levels of integrity, initiative, honesty, and leadership. Experience in a multicultural environment is desired. Retail, Lifestyle, sporting goods, or Consumer goods experience preferred. Proven outstanding account management skills with major strategic account customers. Position Location: This role is eligible for remote work in the following states:

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
