Business Classifications B2B About the Role The Company is seeking a VP, Senior ETF Product Specialist to play a pivotal role in the development and expansion of its ETF business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategy and design of both index-based and active US ETFs, with a focus on equity and fixed income.
This role involves leading product development efforts, generating and assessing ETF product opportunities, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
The VP, Senior ETF Product Specialist will also be involved in all aspects of portfolio construction, collaborating with internal and external partners, and representing the firm as an ETF subject matter expert.
The position requires a proactive individual with a strong financial market knowledge, the ability to conduct detailed competitive analysis, and a desire to learn and grow within the ETF space.
Applicants for the VP, Senior ETF Product Specialist position at the company should have an undergraduate degree, with a CFA, MBA, or Master's in Finance or Economics being a plus.
A FINRA Series 7 and 63 license is required, along with several years of ETF experience and a background in presenting to clients.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of index methodology design, portfolio construction techniques, and current asset management regulations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills are essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with data sources such as Morningstar, FactSet, Bloomberg, and eVestment, as well as knowledge of APIs and Python, is beneficial.
