About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain Operations to drive strategic initiatives focused on enhancing efficiency, cost reduction, and improving customer satisfaction across multiple business units on a global scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of supply chain management, including the development and management of short, mid, and long-term goals, maintaining market insights, and overseeing procurement processes. This role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in supply chain management, particularly in omni-channel distribution within a global retail and consumer environment. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Supply Chain Operations include creating and managing strategic objectives, developing and maintaining supplier relationships, and leading continuous improvement and operational excellence efforts. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years' of experience in the industry. Expertise in 3PL partnerships, manufacturing processes, and inventory management is essential. The role also requires a leader with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, who can effectively manage a cross-functional team and advocate for a culture of cooperation and teamwork. The ability to thrive in ambiguity, navigate complex challenges, and a preference for Spanish fluency are also desired.
